As a candidate for Texas’s 30th Congressional District, I am a realist. I am fully aware that attempting to push a massive national legislative agenda as a freshman congressman would be unwise. My primary commitment is to District 30 first. It is smarter and more productive to focus on bringing immediate relief and progress to our local community before tackling broader national legislation where I can be most effective.
I am sharing these Acts with you now to demonstrate my seriousness and my ability to craft detailed, actionable solutions—not just slogans. These bills, along with my Oxford Accountability Agreement, are intended to build a foundation of trust.

Goal: To lower insurance costs and increase transparency for products required by federal programs (like FHA mortgages or ACA exchanges).

Federal Agency Information Technology Modernization Act
